The neighbor <br />has signed an agreement (Exhibit G) to permit the extension <br />P^oP®J^ty. This is actually protection <br />fOx the neighbor, Blohorn, because when a seawall is installed <br />moL purpose of controlling bank rats, the rats usually <br />neighboring properties. The lagoon is an ideal <br />habitat for the muskrat.
