Chairman Uaimnerel» <br />McDonald, Jabbour, Adams, Goetten, Prahm arrived at <br />8:D0, and Revegno arrived at 8:50. Jeanne Mabusth re­ <br />presented the City staff. <br />The applicant was not present. Staff read the notifi <br />cation that Planning Commission would act on his ap­ <br />plication at this meeting whether he was present or <br />Revegno moved to deny the PRD subdivision of Daryle L. <br />Uphoff creating four condominium units based on the <br />following findings: <br />DARYLE UPHOFF <br />2497-99,2501-0 <br />Kelly Ave. <br />Preliminary <br />Subdivision <br />#568 i*'. <br />8:50-9:00 <br />1) Density standards are not met. <br />2) Preliminary plans are deficient because they do not <br />designate a 50 ft. private road outlot and cul-de-sac. <br />3) The subdivision does not reflect the intent of the <br />PRD ordinance. <br />4) The resubdivision negates all conditions of approval <br />of the previous subdivisions. <br />Goetten seconded. Vote: Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Mr. Verne Hubbell was present. Staff reviewed the en­ <br />gineers report noting the suggested improvements for <br />the site. <br />Goetten moved to approve the Conditional Use Permit <br />based on the engineer•s following recommendations: <br />VERNE HUBBELL <br />3340 Watertown <br />Conditional Uso <br />Permit <br />#597 <br />8:05-8:10 <br />1) All fill to be moved out of the wetlands to a dis­ <br />tance of 26'.
