Kelley noted that with Interstate 394 coming out in <br />^ this direction that they will see a lot more <br />developments and traffic in this area and that the City <br />should plan for that now. <br />Dick Conry noted that he may not be the one to develop <br />the remaining lots and that this phase II could be the <br />last plan reviewed by the City for him. <br />Kelley moved to deny the Lake Minnetonka Homes <br />subdivision application finding that it may affect the <br />health, safety and welfare of the public in Orono. <br />lo second. Notion failed. <br />Rovegno noted that the City could approve just phase II <br />of this plat approving so many curb cuts for the <br />property and that irhen the developer comes in for <br />developing the rest then that will be a whole new <br />subdivision. <br />Rovegno moved to approve the four lot plat (phase II) <br />of Lake Minnetonka Homes, Inc. finding all lot <br />standards of the RR-IB zoning district and the Orono <br />On-Site Septic Code have been satisfied and that the <br />overall road plan for the Countryside Manor plat of 40 <br />lots is acceptable.
