At 7:30, 7:45 <br />and 8:00 it was c mounced by Chairman Rovegno that all <br />three hearings ifould be' held concurrently. The <br />combined hearing was opened by Chairman Rovegno at <br />8:00. City Planner Olson presented the affidavit of <br />publication, public hearing notices and certificate <br />of mailing for all three applications.W: <br />Present were landowners Rebers and Wear, McDonald's <br />Corp representatives Gary Meyers and Randy Berg, and <br />their engineer Larry Hanson. Attached to these <br />minutes is a li^sL vi neighbors and other interests <br />persons who also attended. <br />City Planner Olson presented an overview of all three <br />applications indicating what exists nowand the nature <br />of each separate application. The rezoning is <br />intended to align the zoning boundary with existing <br />and proposed lot lines. The subdivision is intended <br />to create a site for the proposed McDonalds <br />restaurant, and to divide the remainder of Rebers <br />property along the zoning district boundary. <br />Kelley asked City Planner Olson if the entrances of <br />McDonalds would line up witiv Virginia Avenue? <br />Olson stated that they would not. The loop driveway <br />is proposed to be on an easement.
