Mr. and Mrs. Noel were present. <br />Goetcfcn noted that the railroad ties extended over the <br />lot line. <br />Sime noted that by moving the lot lines the applicant <br />was losing a lot of beauty. <br />Kelley noted the hardcover with the tennis court. <br />Mabusth stated that there would be a hardcover <br />calculation done for the public hearing. ^ <br />McDonald noted that the applicant would need a <br />variance right away for the tennis court because there <br />was no principal structure on that lot. <br />Kelley warned the applicant of any additional <br />hardcover in the future. <br />Mabusth stated that the property was already close to <br />the maximum amount of hardcover allowed. <br />Applicant noted that the existing driveway would be <br />removed and that the second house would be located <br />behind the tennis courts. <br />A public hearing was set for July 18, 1983. No action <br />was required. <br />m <br />Sime noted that the Council would review “the <br />properties by going on a bus tour before reaching a <br />decision or continuing discussion. <br />V-'-; <br />Goetten volunteered to attend the Council meeting of <br />July 11, 1983. <br />Kelley moved to approve the Planning Commission's <br />special work session minutes of June 6, 1983, with no <br />corrections. ^ <br />Sime seconded.
