Applicant to enter <br />into standard maintenance agreement to insure <br />upkeep and maintenance of private road* <br />5. <br />200.00 <br />6. <br />Park Fee is determined as follows: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 at $ <br />for a total of $1,600*00 <br />Lots 6 and 7 at $100*00 each <br />for a total of $ 200.00 <br />Applicant to pay $1,800.00 park fees* <br />Developer to keep all traffic, fill excavation, <br />etc. away from the tested drainfield sites. In <br />some cases where road construction will be near <br />the tested sites, extra caution must be taken.
