Payment of Park Fee in the amount of $200.00 per cihrrent <br />fee schedule #1 two acre lot (? $200.00 <br />2. Access construction to Lot 2 must be reviewed by City <br />staff at time building permit is issued. <br />i3. Mew o%mer of Lot 2 must now participate in the upkeep and <br />maintenance of Jamestown Road - developer must draft revised <br />documents to assure this is done. Copies should be submitted <br />to the City. i^p m <br />4. Wetlands to be designated as drainage easesients and described <br />with angles and bearings.
