Mr. Gregory won't build <br />his house on his property if this area is not <br />closed. He is worried about trespassers and <br />vandalism. His neighbors blame ^ <br />problems they have and have threatened to sue him. <br />Berg stated that they wish to <:\ose the <br />area by planting shrubs and building 1®.'' ®*the berms.
