Why not leave it at 5 acres. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that there is « <br />feasibility study being done on County Road 84 but not <br />for this ared# bu^ for bho Stubbs Bay area* <br />McDonald stated that when you talk rezoning with the <br />Met Council that you do start waiving flags for <br />services such as sewer. McDonald stated that Orono <br />needs a rural area and that she is sure that those lots would sell. <br />Chairperson Goetten closed the public hearing at 8:45 <br />p.m. and discussion was continued among the Planning <br />Commission members.
