Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (2). <br />Adams and Kelley voted nay. <br />Kelley stated that he would rather not see commercial <br />development in the residential zones. <br />Adams stated that applications for non-conforming <br />uses should continue to be reviewed individually. <br />Kelley moved, Sime seconded, to approve the April 16, <br />1984 Planning Commission minutes.
