The lot line <br />changes have absolutely nothing to do with the <br />setback lines or required building envelopes. <br />Kelley inquired about the access to the lot and the <br />width. <br />White replied that they have a permanent easement <br />of 20’. <br />Phleger stated that there will be a 20' easement <br />which the Vihites have now but for clarification <br />when the deeds are exchanged it will be again noted <br />for the record. The easement is across the Perry <br />property. <br />Rovegno asked that the plat map be clarified. <br />Mrs. White said the easement was created because <br />the Old 87 Road used to run right in front of <br />Perry's driveway. There i s an aerial view map that <br />their surveyor,Tom Burquist, found at the court <br />house that verifies the easement. <br />Phleger noted that the descriptions, which look <br />forebodingon the certificate survey, will not <br />increase the legal descriptions for the properties. <br />The White property will be described as its present <br />description excluding anything west of that lot. <br />Kelley questioned the fill that was going in there <br />and Mabusth explained that that has already been <br />reviewed by the city in a previous conditional use <br />permit review. <br />Rovegno stated that we have to make sure the White <br />house maintains road access. <br />Adams moved, McDonald seconded recommendation of <br />approval of the Perry/White application of the lot <br />line rearrangement finding no negative affects on <br />the existing building envelopes. Approval is <br />subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Parcel <br />homestead . <br />A is to be combined with White <br />2. Parcel B is to be combined with Perry <br />homestead . <br />Motions, Ayes (6), Nays (0).
