SITE EVALUATION REPORT
FOR JOHN B.A. IDSTROM, II
IN LOTS 13 & 14. AUD. SUB. No. 229
:ORONO. MINNESOTA
-------- . i l’l
OCT I 6(905
®S!or6n6
10-5-85
On August 29-31, 1985 two proposed lots were tested for both primary and alter
nate drainfield sites to determine their suitability for on-site drainfield sys
terns. Testing was done in accordance with Individual On-Site Sewage Treatment
System Standards(WPC-40).
Lot 1, the north lot, had an average percolation rate of 7.7 minutes per inch
for the primary site(holes 1-4) and a rate of 10.4 minutes per inch for the
alternate site(holes 5-6). With the possibility of a moderately high seasonal
water table, shallow trench systems would be needed for both sites.
Lot 2, the south lot, had an average percolation rate of 21.6 minutes per inch
on the primary slte(holes 1-4) and 15.2 minutes per inch for the alternate
site(holes 5-6). Because of the high seasonal water table, shallow trench
systems would be needed for both sites with some fill required over the trench
es or an interceptor draintile used to lower the water table.
Additional information follows. If any other information is needed, please
contact me.
Sincerely,
PERCOR, INC.
Mark S. Gronberg, P.E.*^
PCA certified
