A minimum of two acres of open <br />pasture must be available for a single horse and one <br />additional acre must be available for each additional horse. <br />When the horses are kept stabled and do not require pasture <br />for feed purposes, the minimum pasture requirement may be <br />adjusted at the discretion of the Council. Such minimum <br />pasture acreage shall not include low lying lands unusable <br />for pasture or grazing.
