I think it is nlso important to note that there are no <br />surrounding or adjacent houses which would have their view ob­ <br />structed bv this addition. I am also very sure that the now <br />addition would not be as close to the lake as the two adjacent <br />house' are. <br />We live on a nice lot» small by 2 acre standards, and this <br />proposed addition would look better than the existing^ structure, <br />allow our family to continue living here in a more enjoyable and <br />comfortable manner and increase the property values of both our <br />property as well as the surrounding property.
