Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />RESOLUTION §1414 <br />Navarre Utility & Street Improvements <br />Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve <br />Resolution #1414 accepting the Navarre Utility 6 <br />Street Improvements specs and plans subject to <br />attorneys making changes on the contract <br />reserving the City the right to award or not to <br />award the contract. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br />CITY ASSESSOR <br />l; <br />i-. <br />Mayor VanNest reviewed the assessor contract with <br />the County. The City is now in the second year of <br />the assessment contract and if the City decides to <br />get their own assessor we will have a time of <br />duplication before Hennepin County has fulfiled <br />its current contract. <br />i: <br />Van Nest moved, Butler seconded to have City <br />Administrator Denson draft a resolution stating <br />the City Council desires not to renew the contract <br />with the County for anything past the term of the <br />existing contract and that the Council is <br />instructing our staff to proceed with a study and a <br />recommendation to the Council as to how it is
