The granting of the proposed variances will not in any way impair the <br />health, safety, comfort, morals, or in any other respect be contrary to the <br />intent of the Zoning Code. <br />19. That the granting of such variances will not merely serve as a con­ <br />venience to the applicant, but is necessary to alleviate demonstrable <br />hardship or difficulty. <br />Any motion for denial would have to make the necessary findings that <br />15-19 above are not true. <br />‘ V.
