Approve the conditional use permit for guest house use with <br />the standard non-rental clause. <br />2. Recommend that the plastic under the wide stairway be removed <br />(or replaced with permeable fabic). <br />3. Recommend that the applicant consult a qualified engineer <br />prior to construction of any drainage control system, and require <br />staff review of the design and hardcover additions necessary to <br />accomplish same. <br />4. Set a maximum limit of 34.5% hardcover in the 75-250' zone <br />for this property, exclusive of the additional hardcover <br />necessary for whatever drainage system is approved by the City in <br />the future.
