He was unaware of the fact that our ordinance <br />provides for a one year limit on tliese variances. He has scheduled con <br />struction of a nev/ hone on tJiis parcel, but now learns another var­ <br />iance is required. <br />'llie same situation exists as v/licn tlie previous variance was granted. <br />No other adjacent land is availal^lc. Mr. Ralm also agrees to remove <br />the old structure within 50 days after accupancy of the new structure.
