Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0), <br />Mr. Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, <br />discussed the status of the Cheyenne Land Company <br />proposal to rezone their property. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh moved, Butler seconded, approval of the <br />variance from the required lot area and width <br />for Hr. Lyle Rahn, 1146 Wildhurst Trail, conditioned y <br />on removing the old structure within 30 days I- <br />after occupancy of the new structure.
