Tcarse <br />1234 Grain Exchange <br />Minneapolis, MN 55415 <br />I <br />Dear Mr. Tearse: <br />Ihis letter is written to confirm my comments to you in our <br />telephone conversation of April 28, 1982, concerning your <br />proposed dock. ^ <br />It is my understanding that the dock will be constructed on <br />the lakeshore portion of your homestead lot consisting of some <br />lineal lakeshore footage. The dock will be 5' long <br />and 3 wide and located 10' from each side property line. <br />. As I advised, the City of Orono will issue a building permit <br />for the construction of the proposed dock. l further advised <br />you to contact the offices of the Lake Minnetonka Conservation <br />District because of recent amendments to their ordinances <br />involving minimum lakeshore requirements for new docks. <br />Please contact my office if you have additional questions. <br />.
