Dock to be constructed per LMCD standards. <br />3. City will not allow any portion of structure within dry shoulder <br />area of right-of-way. <br />4. Pedestrian access to dock allowed - no parking of vehicles within <br />the right-of-way. <br />5. Applicant is placed on notice that dock is temporary and may have <br />to be moved at some future date if City plans widening of roadway.
