The grading proposed is at <br />least 75-100 feet from the designated wetland in that area. The <br />proposed 5000 cubic yards of fill will increase the actual tee surface <br />area and will provide a more gradual slope at the apron for <br />maintenance convenience and also for safety of golf course patrons. <br />Staff recommends approval as submitted.
