As my letter dated April 9, <br />1985 to your client and others stated, the Managers prefer that aquatic <br />vegetation is left in place in front of the outlet to maintain the quality of <br />the water entering Lake Minnetonka, with this natural filter in use, a <br />baffled weir structure will not be needed. <br />I have enclosed a copy of that part of the minutes of the April 2, 1985 <br />meeting during which this project was discussed. <br />If you need more information, please contact me at 473-4224. <br />Very truly yours. <br />EUGENE A.
