L <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, <br />April 8, 1974 <br />The City Council met on the above date with <br />the following members present: Mayor Se^rles, <br />Councilman Butler, Massengale, Paurus, and <br />Welsh. <br />Butler moved, Welsh seconded, that the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 25, <br />1974, be approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nc\ys (0) . <br />Mayor Searles opened the Public Hearing <br />concerning the water project in the Hac3cberry <br />Hill area at 7:40 P.M. The City Administrator <br />presented the Notice of Public Hearing, the <br />Affidavit of Publication, and the Certificate <br />of Mailing to affected property owners. After <br />all members present were afforded an opportunity <br />to be heard, the hearing was closed at 8:40 P.M. <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that the <br />variance for John Anderson, 4191 North Shore <br />Drive, be referred to the Planning Commission. <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that the <br />variance for Frederick Riebel, 440 Stubbs <br />Bay Road, be referred to the Planning <br />Commission. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that the <br />variance for Larry Berkland, 3550 Ivy Place, <br />be referred to the Planning Commission. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that the <br />variance for John Zimmer & Melvin Dale, <br />County Road #C and V7a ter town Road, be <br />referred to the Planning Commission.
