I have no problems with the proposal as submitted. <br />The applicant has not been able to acquire additional land. He <br />requests your approval based on the existing parcel of land. <br />Staff would recommend approval of the lot area variance based on the <br />revised plans, finding rhat no other land is available and. all septic <br />performance standards and other performance standards of the RR-IB <br />zoning district have been satisfied. <br />If you recommend approval, this item will be scheduled for the June 24, <br />1985, Council meeting.
