Would you consider this as negating the need for a <br />hardcover variance? Of course, it would mean that if the northerly <br />portion is ever divided off, it suddenly increases the hardcover <br />percent on the lakeshore building site. <br />8) The neighbors' request for the setback variance to allow <br />for the least disruptive sightlines, to mair tain uniformity, and the <br />capability to direct all drainage over 100' of relatively flat lawn <br />area, would seem to justify the granting of a variance to the lakeshore <br />setback. <br />The above items could be used as findings or conditions in your <br />recommendation to council. <br />I <br />i
