E.xisting Hardcov'er Percentage - divide the number in H by the number in A and multiply by 100. <br />D. Proposed Hardcover in Zone - includes the existing hardcover plus all proposed additional <br />hardcover. <br />E. Proposed Hardcover Percentages — divide the number in D by the number in A and multiply by 100. <br />F. Allowed Hardcover Percentages - if the percentages in column E for any setback zone exceed <br />the allowed percentages in column F, you should contact the Zoning Department at 473-7357 <br />to discuss the possibilities of obtaining a variance.
