I'ACK <br />Hurr noted that she did speak to the conccrneci Kound <br />resident about the density of the development on Pelican <br />Point and explained that the I.MCP has no jurisdiction <br />over the land. Hurr stated that the proposal for <br />Pelican Point is on a 16 acre parcel with 96 proposed <br />units. Hurr did note that the L.MCD standards would <br />a[>ply to t he dochaqe proposed in the dovelopment. Adanis noted tht.t he attended the <br />Planning Commdssion meeting cf February 19, 1985, and <br />that the Commission asked him to set up a jciint meeting <br />with the Council. <br />Council discussed various dates and decided that the <br />joiiit meeting will be held March 25, 1965, fromi 6:00 <br />p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and then at 7:00 p.m. the regular <br />Council m.eeting will com.nence. Council gave staff an <br />alternate date of Saturday, M.arch 23 , 1 965, if the M.arch <br />25th date will not acccn.modate everyone. <br />Counci 1 m.cmber L. AdamiS stated that a motion was m.ade at <br />the last Planning Commission m.eeting to have Gloria <br />McDonald removed from the Comm.ission and the Con.nission <br />Wtis concerned with her excessive absentoeismi. Adams <br />noted that the motion died for lack cf a second.
