O’^e more tank is <br />needed for the sale of super-unleaded. <br />The new tan)« will be reviewed by the inspection department <br />and installed per Minnesota State Fire Code. <br />2) Canopy <br />a) The proposed canopy wi 1 1 be of the same type of <br />materials used on the existing canopy and principle <br />structure. <br />b) A variance will bo needed to install the canopy. A <br />setback of 35' is required in this zoning district.
