Fiox 66 <br />Crystal IViy, MN 55323 <br />Members of the Planning CcKinission: <br />We wish to request a variance to the Orono Municijvil Code, Section 10.60: <br />Subd. 13, {X'rtaining to the storage of bf>ats on private property. <br />We are informed that we are in violation of the Code as to the placement <br />of the lx»at on the profxrty and as to its' size. <br />As To Placement: Because of the slope of the property, the beat is in <br />the only place possible to put it. We would lx; happy to move it any’\.i'.tre <br />else on the profxrty, unfortunately there simply is n<i other sjx)t for it. <br />(See * on survey). <br />As To Size: Tliere are numerous boats stored on private })ro|)orty throughout <br />the City of Orono that are over 20 feet. In fact, this is true of two of <br />ny irnediatc neighbors.
