LMCD Ordinance 3.02, <br />subd. 8. <br />Pursuant to Section 10.23, subd. 5 of Orono Zoning <br />Code, a dock is an accessory use in this particular zoning <br />district. The import of this requirement is that a dock could <br />not be constructed on this property without first obtaining a <br />variance or until a primary structure were constructed on the <br />adjoining property.
