Greg Kopischke <br />of Westwood Planning & Engineering was also pre­ <br />sent. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted that there is at <br />least 1200 s.f. of inovative materials, proposed as <br />non-hardcover within the 0-75' setback area. <br />Kopischke has submit *.ed a plan for use of a comb ­ <br />ination of grass and boards as non-hardcover. <br />Since the pool has been moved 5' away from the <br />lakeshore, it does not need approval from the DNR. <br />The closest point of the pool away from the lake- <br />shore is 53'. <br />Kopischke stated that the deck would be a <br />combination decking/boardwalk system - a framed <br />system grid. This same system is intented through ­ <br />out the rest of the project. The end effect would <br />allow water movement through it. There would be <br />gravel underneath.
