TO 8:00 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mr. Kaley was present <br />Mabusth summarized the facts and issues presented in her <br />October 11, 1990 memo. <br />There were no comments from the public pertaining to this <br />application and the Public Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Rowlette, to recommend <br />approval of the street setback Variances to construct an addition <br />to the north of the existing residence. The hardship is the fact <br />that the property abuts a street on three sides and that the <br />house was placed on the property prior to the establishment of <br />the 2-acre zoning standards. It is recommended that the <br />applicant be placed on notice regarding limitations for any <br />future deck to the west side of tne structure and that this <br />project must be completed within 12 months from the start of <br />construction.
