Mr. Jim Cox, an owner of <br />property involved in this subdivision, was also present. <br />Mabusth referred the Planning Commission to her memo dated <br />June 13, 1990, for updated information regarding the issues of <br />this subdivision. Mabusth asked the Planning Commission for <br />their opinion of granting a blanket conditional use permit for <br />accessory structures on the four through lots of the plat. <br />The Planning Commission had a divided opinion as to v/hether <br />or not to grant a blanket conditional use permit. <br />- 9 -
