Mabusth explained <br />the recommendations of the City Engineer regarding the slope and <br />fencing requirements. <br />Kelley asked v/hether a grading plan has been submitted. <br />Mabusth stated that she did receive a grading plan, however, <br />staff is recommending the amendments set forth in her memo. <br />Bellows stated that a grading and landscape plan should be <br />submitted with the building permit (application and that they <br />correspond with the City Engineer's recommendations. <br />There were no comments from ths public regarding these <br />applications and the Public Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Kelley, seconded by Cohen, to recommend <br />approval of the hardcover, and lakeshore setback variances <br />requested in application *1549 wiuh the following conditions; <br />The hardcover in the 0-7 5' setback zone be reduced to 3.4%., and <br />hardcover in the 75-250' area is not to exceed 25%. Approval is <br />also recommended for the conditional use permit, conditioned upon <br />the receipt of landscape and grading plans from the applicant <br />prior to construction. The findings in this application are the <br />topography of the land and the sight lines. Motion, Ayes"^, <br />Nays-0, Johnson abstained. Motion carried. <br />- 17 -
