He has <br />indicated‘a desire to address t.he Council and it has been <br />ijj^icated he could do so during public comments. This letter has <br />been prepared in advance of his appearance. <br />His application was recommended for approval with the road by the <br />Planning Commission at its 1/16/90 meeting and is expected will <br />be presented to the Council for their consideration at its <br />2/12/90 meeting.
