Incidently, We are more inclined to accept the idea <br />put forth by the City to soil part of outlet O than to grant <br />an easement for the property under your garage. In any event <br />you should remove the junk stored dehind the garage b»ecauso <br />it is an eyesore. <br />If the City vacates the alley, the portion adjoining Landmark <br />Drive becomes part of a lot, w.l.th lake access.. Consequently, <br />We have no interest in negotiating from your present <br />position.
