At the sketch plan review, che applicant was asked to define the purpose of Outlots B and C located within the City of Minnetonka Beach. The Zoning Administrator of Minnetonka Beach has advised that she had asked the applicant to eliminate the outlots as currently shown. Applicant should provide the City of Orono with some background on this matter. In general, the City staff has no major concerns with the preliminary plan submitted for our current review. The preliminary plan is reviewed in detailed below.
