The Zoning Administrator of Minnetonka Beach <br />has advised that she had asked the applicant to eliminate the <br />outlots as currently shown. Applicant should provide the City of <br />Orono with some background on this matter. In general, the City <br />staff has no major concerns with the preliminary plan submitted <br />for our current review. The preliminary plan is reviewed in <br />detailed below.
