When our home <br />burned in 1977 it was •'uilt with plans for a deck off the <br />dining room with a door leading out to the deck. At the time <br />we could not fianance the deck after our loss. Now we would like <br />to complete our plans. <br />DESCRIPTION OF UNUSUAL PROPERTY CONDITIONS: <br />The unusual property conditions preventing compliance with <br />zoning Code Requirements are that the home was built on this <br />property in 1958 and was purchased by us 15 years later,the home <br />cannot be moved to comply with the new Zoning requirements as <br />there are now homes on either side of us. Part of the deck will <br />be over an existing patio.
