Zoning File #1565 <br />July 13, 1990 <br />Page 4 <br />Staff Reconnendation <br />The Planning Commission should address the following issues <br />in any recommendation regarding this after-the-fact variance <br />request and future property improvement proposal: <br />A. Does sufficient justification exist to grant an after- <br />the-fact hardcover and setback variance to allow the <br />existing deck (hardcover Item H) to remain? <br />B. Should a variance be granted to allow the proposed <br />screened porch to be less than 10* from the side lot line? <br />C. In reworking the landscaping of the property, what <br />percentage of hardcover on the property is appropriate? <br />Staff would recommend that applicant be given a specific <br />hardcover percentage to maintain, and would recommend that <br />applicant's landscaper submit a revised plan for Planning <br />Commission review at your next meeting, addressing all areas of <br />concerns. <br />Isv
