Zoning File #1526 <br />May 18, 1990 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Rezoning - <br />As already noted, Lot 9 and portions of Lot 8 are zoned B-4, <br />Applicant should advise if the Institute plans to acquire Lot 9. <br />There will be a need to amend the zoning boundaries with the <br />formal subdivision application (please review Exhibits C and D, <br />the legal description and zoning map of the district). <br />Sewer/Water Unit Charges - <br />There will be a unit charge of $897.62 for each sewer unit, <br />and there will be no water unit charges for the 7 lots within <br />Orono. It should be noted that these fees are based on the 1990 <br />Fee Schedule and will be readjusted in 1991 based on an <br />Inflationary rate. As the City of Orono provides sewer and water <br />to this portion of Minnetonka Beach, sewer c»'«rges for the <br />Minnetonka Beach units will be at the same rate v$897.62/unit). <br />There will be charge of $1,691.78 per water unit for lots within <br />Minnetonka Beach. <br />Applicant shall provide the following information upon the <br />filing of the formal preliminary subdivision application: <br />1. The formal subdivision application must include a <br />rezoning petition. These fees will also include the <br />engineering fees for a public road ($900.00 + .50 per lineal <br />foot for portion of Old Beach Road within the City of <br />Orono ). <br />2.The preliminary plan should Include the following: <br />A) Wetlands designated at 931.5'. <br />B) At least within the City of Orono portion, wetlands <br />located within Orono must be incorporated within the <br />boundaries of each residential lot and designated as a <br />drainage easement within that lot. <br />C) Applicant's surveyor to confirm dry contiguous <br />buildable land within building envelope of each lot. <br />D) Plan should show the municipal boundaries clearly. <br />E) Designate the legally defined B-4 zoning line. <br />Applicant should confirm if Lot 9 is to remain as B-4. <br />F) Locate all areas that received fill in 1977-78 <br />dredging and filling project. <br />i t <br />'i
