Due to the site and shape of the property at 1055 Ferndale <br />Rd, West the present toning orllnance severely limit the allowable <br />hardcover. In order to provide adequate driveway, sidewalks and patios, <br />I am requesting additional haixlcover up to 7»?45 s.f. in total for this <br />property. The driveway plan as shown will provide for safer o^f-street <br />parking and turn around. <br />The existing deck which has been removed for construction access vras <br />considered by myself and Mr. Cradit to be replaceable without variance. <br />We find however, that a variance Is required and wotild like to also <br />request a variance for the new deck/terrace as shown on plan E-1. <br />Finv Honu s of Qualiiy mul Milne
