MI.4UTBS OP THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOVEMBER 20, 1989 <br />ZONING PILE #1465-MCCOORTNBY CONTINUED <br />same location as proposed but it would have a straight <br />configuration rather than curved. <br />Chairman Kelley asked whether the applicant had explored the <br />possibility of a 3.5' high fence? <br />Mr. Wenkus indicated that it would be more appropriate to <br />construct the iron fence at the height proposed. <br />Chairman Kelley asked whether it was the applicant's <br />intention to plant arborvitae along the fence? <br />Mr. Wenkus said that they would be planting shrubbery and <br />trees in the entire front yard and on either side of the fence. <br />Mr. Wenkus said that the fence would also limit trespassing. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />Planning Commissioner Hanson indicated that he did not <br />object to the height of the fence# <br />openess of the fence.rnmmmms.motion, Hanson seconded. Kelley said that it <br />note that there was a pre-existing C fence on this <br />Motion, Ayes-3, Kelley, Nay due to his preference to see a 3.5 <br />fence.
