McCourtney, 1055 West Ferndale Road - <br />Variance - Referral Back to Planning Commission <br />Zoning District - LR-IA, Single family lakeshore residential, <br />2 acre <br />Application - Request for hardcover and fence height variances <br />Discussion - <br />This property had been granted variances for hardcover in <br />1987 and 1988 to allow 36.8% hardcover in the 75-250' zone, and <br />3.5% in the 0-75 ’ zone. Applicant's current request for <br />additional hardcover increases to as much as 46.0% and 4.5% <br />respectively, received a 3-1 recommendation for denial at the <br />Planning Commission in November 1989. <br />Anticipating similar Council denial, the applicant is <br />proposing a revised plan with less extensive proposed increases. <br />This current plan has not been reviewed by the Planning <br />Commissicn. <br />Staff Recoanendation - <br />Staff recommends that the revised plan be referred to <br />Planning Commission's April 16th meeting for review, with a <br />recommendation to be brought back to the Council at the April <br />23rd meeting. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by___, seconded by » to refer revised <br />application #1465, Gerald T.
