This application was reviewed as Zoning File #996. <br />2. The property is located in the LR-IC Single Family Lalceshore <br />Residential Zoning District. <br />3 The Orono Planning (-:ommission reviewed this application on <br />D;cember 16, 19?5, and recommended approval of the proposed <br />variance based upon the following findings; <br />A) This property was granted lot area and <br />Variances per^Resolution #17i8-A on January 14, 1985.
