Zoning File #1546 <br />June 14, 1990 <br />Page 2 <br />Since this application was originally approved, the need for <br />a street setback variance for the garage has been eliminated. <br />The code was revised shortly after this approval to allow side <br />accessing garages to be within 10* of the street lot line on a <br />lakeshore lot. Therefore, that variance is no longer necessary. <br />Staff Recoaaendation <br />Staff would recommend approval for renewal of the hardcover <br />variance to allow 35.9% hardcover in the 75-250' zone, per the <br />same conditions as previously approved in Resolution #1991. <br />L
