In further discussion, <br />Mr. Anmerman was asked If he would be willing to <br />place the garage 5* from the property line and he <br />agreed that would be acceptable. <br />Hannah moved to approve the variance application <br />for a 5* side yard setback contingent on the <br />exterior storage code being reviewed before <br />Issuance of the building permit and at final Inspection <br />compliance with the zoning code requirements for <br />exterif-. storage. Motion seconded by Adams. <br />Vote: .yes C7), Nays <0). Motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Rennebobm and his contractor, Mr. Hlrsch, <br />were prereic. I**' property Is part of the <br />Lawrence Plat vrkch was approved In April, 1978. <br />No problems with wetlands were noted at tlMt <br />time, however, the wetlands are quite extensive. <br />The original reqjest was for a 20' variance to <br />the rear setback, but staff Is now requesting a <br />30' var-.ance so as not to Interfere with the <br />alternate dralnfleld. <br />Hjrr moved to approve the 30' variance request <br />to a 20* rear setback considering the primary <br />and alternate dralnfleld locations but expressing <br />concern for the lack of two acres dry bulldable <br />land.
