To the south of the existing house. <br />* wetlands below. To the east is the <br />driveway, which cannot be relocated due to <br />this dram field. To the north, as discussed, the house is built within the <br />designated setback area. And to the west, due to the unusual shape of the <br />appearance of space but 90ro of it is in the designated <br />setback area. (See diagram below.) ^
