This is merely a renewal of the variance granted by the City <br />in 1989 for this long and narrow lakeshore lot. <br />2. Conditions of City Council approval included no variance to <br />required LR-IA setbacks, specifications of the building <br />envelope, and no variance to hardcover requirements. The <br />lot was approved for access via a separate driveway to <br />County Road 15. <br />Discussion <br />Please review the findings and conditions of Resolution <br />#2650, attached. The applicants propose no changes from the <br />original application. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the renewal lot width variance <br />request for Ronald and Julie Prineas, per the findings and <br />conditions outlined within Resolution #2650. <br />Isv
