We are now proposing a 665 square <br />foot two story addition to the lakeside of the existing structure. The <br />entire addition is behind the average lakeshore setback lines as shewn <br />on our drawings. Only the proposed below grade swimming pool and concrete <br />patio encroaches the average lakeshore setback line. We have attached a <br />letter from our insurance agent stating that the company does rKDt require <br />a fence around the pool.
